Decide Before the Market Decides for Your Position
Enter the position entry, stop, leverage, size and account capital. Position Doctor audits real account risk, liquidation distance, structural validity, remaining trade quality, DCA safety and reduction scenarios—then turns the diagnosis into a clear management action.
The Position Is Green or Red. What Is the Right Action?
PnL alone cannot tell you whether to hold, reduce or exit. A profitable position can still have poor remaining quality, while a temporary loss may remain structurally valid. Position Doctor combines the actual trade parameters with live market context to separate management from emotion.

- ACCOUNT RISK0.84%
- LIQ BUFFER12.6%
Position health, primary action, account risk, liquidation buffer, DCA status and next scenarios appear in one structured report.

Define Size and Risk
Enter position notional or used margin together with approximate account balance.
Add the Existing Plan

Position Doctor Does Not Only Read the Market. It Audits the Trade.
The final result combines position math, account exposure and live technical context so that no single warning dictates the decision.
Position Financial State
PnL, approximate ROE, break-even and current distance from entry.
Real Account Risk
Potential stop loss and the percentage of capital actually exposed.
Liquidation Distance
Stop-versus-liquidation ordering and early-liquidation risk.
Market Structure Validity
EMAs, swings, support and resistance, RSI, MACD, ATR and volume.
Remaining Trade Quality
Remaining R:R, next target and progress toward that target.
DCA and Size Safety
Separate a pre-defined scale-in from emotional averaging down.
Management Decision Engine
Hold, conditional hold, take profit, reduce, staged exit or full exit.
Every Report Block Answers a Management Question
Instead of a vague warning, the report explains the condition, the reasoning and the action attached to positive, neutral and negative market scenarios.
Position Health Score
Health Score
Combines account risk, liquidation buffer, technical structure and plan quality into a score out of 100.
Primary Action
States whether to hold, manage conditionally, take profit, reduce, stage an exit or close.
Core Risk Metrics
Places account risk, stop distance, liquidation buffer, ROE and remaining R:R together.
DCA Control
Marks size addition as blocked, conditional or limited to a genuine pre-planned scale-in.
Conditional Plan
Defines the level and action for positive, neutral and negative scenarios.
Reduction Scenarios
Calculates the effect of closing 25%, 50% and 75% of the position.
Not Every Position Deserves to Be Saved
Position Doctor is not built to justify staying in a trade. When the structure is invalid, account risk is excessive, liquidation is too close or the stop no longer protects the position, the tool can recommend rapid reduction or a full exit.
- Primary structure has been invalidated
- Risk is excessive relative to account capital
- Liquidation can occur before the stop
- Weak remaining R:R with opposing evidence

Diagnose the Position Without Connecting the Exchange
The current version receives position details from you and reads public market data. It never requests an API key, password, trading permission or withdrawal access, and it cannot open, modify or close an order.
What to Know Before a Diagnosis
What exactly does Position Doctor do?
It audits the real open-position parameters and current market data, then returns position health, account risk, liquidation distance, structural validity, DCA status, reduction scenarios and a conditional management plan.
Can the tool close my position automatically?
No. Position Doctor has no trading connection and cannot open, modify or close any order. Execution remains entirely under the user’s control.
Why can it suggest taking partial profit on a profitable trade?
A positive PnL does not automatically mean the remaining trade is healthy. Partial profit is considered only through target progress, remaining R:R, market structure and opposing evidence—not merely because the trade is green.
What does pre-planned DCA mean?
The next entry price, added size and maximum total risk were defined before the first entry. A decision made after the market moves to recover a loss is not pre-planned DCA.
What happens if I do not enter the liquidation price?
The tool estimates it from direction, entry, leverage and margin mode. The liquidation price shown by the exchange is more accurate and should be entered when available.
Is Position Doctor only for losing trades?
No. A profitable position can still require profit protection, a rational stop adjustment or conditional holding. The tool evaluates the trade independently of whether current PnL is positive or negative.
How is Position Doctor different from Signal Doctor?
Signal Doctor validates a signal before entry. Position Doctor audits a trade that is already open and focuses on risk, liquidation, structural validity and ongoing management.
Does the result guarantee that the trade will succeed?
No. It is a rule-based assessment based on the entered information and current market conditions. Markets change, and the result does not replace risk management or personal responsibility.
